Bookshoper Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Bookshoper website, mobile application, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. General Terms
Eligibility: By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in Bangladesh, or if underage, you are using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Registration: In order to use certain features of the platform, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
2. User Responsibilities

4. Publishers, Authors, and Sellers
Publisher and Author Accounts: Publishers and authors who wish to sell or promote their books on Bookshoper must create a dedicated account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate details about the books you offer and ensure that they do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
Content Submission: Publishers and authors are responsible for submitting content that complies with all applicable laws in Bangladesh, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws.
Book Listings: Publishers and authors are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings, prices, and availability of books.
5. User Rights and Access
Usage Rights: As a buyer, you are granted a limited right to access and view content on the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without prior written consent.
Account Suspension/Termination: Bookshoper reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice, at our discretion.
6. Payment and Transactions
Pricing: All prices listed on Bookshoper are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (e.g., Bkash), and other local payment systems. The payment terms may vary based on the chosen payment method.
7. User Content
Content Responsibility: Users are responsible for any content they submit, including book listings, reviews, and other user-generated content. By submitting content, you grant Bookshoper the right to use, display, and distribute the content on the platform and its marketing channels.
Prohibited Content: Users may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes content that promotes hate, discrimination, or illegal activities.
8. Limitations of Liability
Platform Availability: While Bookshoper strives to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee the availability or functionality of the platform at all times due to factors beyond our control.
No Liability for Damages: Bookshoper is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or any damages arising from third-party interactions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Data: By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data. We take reasonable steps to protect your data in compliance with the laws of Bangladesh.

No Refund for Campaign Issues: In case of technical issues, delays, or errors related to a promotion, Bookshoper is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users. Refunds or compensation will be provided solely at the discretion of Bookshoper and in accordance with the campaign terms.

12. Delivery and Shipping Terms
